RickNagra, David is going to give "us" an extension?

Who is "us"? Us is David. David has been and currently is, funding everything going on. He's the money man. He is not going to write that much money off. lol. And there is no reason he is going to give 'himself' an extension.

He will get a deal with the shares. Instead of paying the current price, he will probably give himself a 30% discount, so he'll end up converting that money into shares at around .0045, which means he will come out with another 18,333,000 shares. And NO, he is not doing it because he is completely confident of GRCU. I know that's what the spin will be. Wow, he's taking shares! He must really be confident in GRCU! No, he's taking the shares because he has no other option. He has to try to protect himself as best he can. David knows he's taking a huge risk with this company. He knows it may no go well, so he wants a chance to sell his shares at some point so he can get back at least some of his investment, and then write off the rest, IF that's what it comes to. Right now, no one knows how this is going to end. But there is nothing wrong with David trying to protect himself. Wouldn't you do the same thing?
