What a collasal idiot 40 Broad street is headquarters of the New York Bit Coin center which has been all over the ptess the linke is above. See for yourself. It is an incubator for bitcoin companies and an major NEw York exchange....google them and do your own due dilligence

It is completely logical for companies to set up an llc for each joint venture. Ever walk by a construction site and see 11 Main ST llc...... but that LLC is a sub of he contractor.....
