Really, that is your response-- why would anyone have interest in IMSC over the lean years?
Well, IF they did capture needed gov. certs, they would be in perfect position to harvest the next round of TSA upgrades and replacements. And they did it, as CEO Bolduc said they would.
Nobody believed they would EXCEPT retail and CEO BOLDUC. Even potential cargo use buyers didn't believe they would be cert'd by TSA.
On IDIQ AWARD/FIRST ORDER PR- this company was born as a potential stock for ordinary investors, then came the protest, so I think we all know that when that protest is removed and when the convert obstacle is removed, we have a real good chance at sp appreciation. That is obvious to everyone.
