The next tranche of PPHMP after close today looks to be priced at $19 IMO. The trades of 5k yesterday and 6k today were most likely illegal naked shorting that will be covered by the new issuance of PPHMP that is coming (probably after market close). Very illegal. If I'm right, I'll file another SEC complaint but they never do any good anyway. This one might gain some traction because it's a lot easier to track PPHMP than it is to track common shares. Looks like we're just waiting for SUNRISE at this point.
