PhillipD, I appreciate your candor, and let me say several things regarding your uncertainty.

Like you I have a vested interest of both time and money in this company. Unlike you, however, I have been reading posts for several years and not writing them. Therefore, I'm quite aware of what is and is not happening with Biomass, as well as, all the hype, misleading statements, their lack of filing needed paperwork to avoid negative ratings (otcmarkets.com) lack of follow up, communication, accurate communication, execution,current successfull business plan, updates, not fulfilling a single item they said they would when they say they will (i.e. ground breaking)...etc...etc...etc...it just goes on and on and on.

So yes, I feel betrayed by this company on many levels and until they follow through completely with just (ONE) thing they say they will, I will continue to speak the truth, which I have a right to do and enlighten others.

If the things I say aren't fair, then let them/someone present me with what is- so far all I hear are crickets...

As far as the March deadline- it was spoken of in either a previous pr/financials. If you feel a need to research it perhaps simply calling the Port would both surf-ice and save time.
