Malc_Stone, thanks for that background information. Very interesting history of the people involved with this company. I think it's important to know who is behind the scenes in a company like this to help decide to buy-hold-sell.

It kind of ties in with my concerns about the financials, A/S increase and lack of sales that I posted recently, and has been brought up from time to time over the last year.

Combine with the lack of any positive news in the last year adds to the suspicion. A tweet here and there from the company with the words "lumber" and "hemp" is hardly significant enough for me to put my money on the line.
