My favorite part was..

Management is planning to have the agreement finalized and consummated by no later than Feb. 06, 2015. If the licensing agreement is signed after the S-1 registration is filed and the company enters the "quiet period," details will then be disclosed within the S-1 prospectus.



So we could be looking at the S-1 before next Friday! :)
