my insight expects P2O's mgmt to take the full 90 days re: K filed
which is not *mid* March as i typed but EO March
which i usually type >> thx for pointing out *mid* vs just *March*

not sure if realized .. but P2O has a *grownup* (as i call them) CFO
so yep my *insight* (really expectation) is that the K (2014's annual)
is filed @ the 90 day mark in March 2015 ..

and yep .. if the 2nd part of your quote pertains to trying to reset 52 week low

it took an entity approx 4M shares to *relo* 2 ticks in Oct 2014 .. in an attempt by an
entity to bury the ACC Executive Summary .. we shall see

i will never say never .. i can see a stall on the PPS for approx 8 weeks in a *range*
with the goal to *raid* when the K is filed .. nothing i haven't seen tried b4 .. so be it

as many P2O investors know .. the PPS has been orchestrated since 2009 .. it's not gonna stop on a dime

but the PPS >> at this point >> has no bearing on whether P2O (the company) >> survives

it did :)
