That is precisely what I was thinking. The casual factor for the weak stock price has been the continued strategy of issuing new shares into the market and selling them to pay the bills, this dried up the last few weeks because they were on the cusp of EPC completion and therefore capital funding. If for whatever reason there is a new delay then we are doomed to continued .04 - .05 stock price but much more importantly increased devaluation as they dilute the share price with more shares. I continued to be stunned the company puts so little effort into communicating progress, this sucks.
