Actually you and "StinkinAson" are very wrong about the company having a deficit.

1. Investment 101 deficit and debt don't mean the same thing.

Accumulated deficit just means the amount of money put in the business from the very minute the company was started.

2. The company does not have any 23/27 million deficit.This info is completely wrong.
In fact it is quit the opposite. If you look the 10Q bottom of Page F1 you will see the company actually
has stock holders EQUITY of $1,413,247 and NOT a deficit.

BTZO after integration of the July acquisitions were integrated August made over 200k in 1 month and reported this income September. 200k in 1 month is impressive and reported a profit.
