I had the opportunity to speak with Joe James a few times in the fall. You could tell he had a falling out with MOLEN. That's when he told me VEGA has to put up the 2.4million for their part or the start of the ALLENDALE PLANT would not happen.

It is obvious now that MOLEN has gone a different route with VCOR.

MOLEN come clean and tell the shareholders you are abandoning or have abandoned the JV with Agri Tec.
