It's a double edged sword...

No R/S the shareholders profit off of major PPS gains but the company can't move forward...

R/S the company can move forward with their plans of going to a higher exchange and get real Financing but the shareholders get less per share in comparison to the profit they would of made at that same PPS.....

It basically comes down to which side people are gonna take...Some want what's best for the company and others don't care about the company and want the best for their pockets....

This vote is gonna be a close one....
