I think of the recent increase in the number of shareholders as a wider, more sturdy foundation to build a higher share price upon. When promising developments and revenue streams start flowing there will be that many more people who are immediately aware of the news, spreading it to their contacts/friends/family and adding to their own positions knowing that if they don't add now they will kick themselves later.

Should really help us garner attention and momentum when Todd decides that the time is right... seems to be about that time now.
