So much was made about Basu "losing" that caused the selling and ultimately the RS.

My GOD! I am gobsmacked! Now the reverse split is Grewal's fault?? Just astonishing!

The r/s was made necessary by Basu's insane dilution. That is undeniable fact, and it has nothing to do with Grewal, the trial, or anything but Basu's willingness to take money from toxic lenders.
