I just received an AimHigh Profits promotion that UBIQ is about to launch Sprocket. The so sounds cool from the promo, joining social medias into a dashboard. Of course the link provide to the iPhone App Store went to the Ubiquity app to get shareholder updates, such filings and news...has anyone found a link to see Sprocket?

I see the chart shows a downtrend the past year with volume spikes along the way. Seems a few million shares were issued along the downtrend from $9 to $.50 area now. Is the company funded now to release and support Sprocket?
