Great post bill, sorry for my delayed response.

I am on your bandwagon for sure. The new deal may not be immediately pleasing to current shareholders but I can definitely see it becoming far-superior to anything TPS by itself could offer.

TPS and the business it has generated for PXYN is not necessarily off the table, either - which I believe may have been a broad assumption by everyone here. The company may very well continue servicing it's well-established WC customer-base as the ball begins rolling with NHS.
