its the smart watch company. nothing wrong with that, its just that I thought they had cleaned up the old shell.
apparently I did not do enough homework.
spent too much time studying the new venture.
new products, new management.
today's 8K mentions some former debt.
it would appear from the trading pattern we're seeing
evidence of that now.

any time you see a stock that whacks the bid for 2 days straight.
and closes at -49.5% its certainly an indication of
an old debt overhang.
that was not traders or flippers.

so unless the bidwacking stops
I'll be taking a loss.
