Looked like one was a grant in shares for services, immediately converted to cash thru open market sale. The other with code "F" might have been a forfeit to meet tax obligations -- I am not at all certain. The immediate conversion to cash suggested possible uncertainty about near-future prospects of the company in one interpretation, but there could be other personal reasons that individual chose to take cash not hold the shares. It is ambiguous, the meaning, in my viewpoint. The company is trying to preserve cash by paying in shares, obviously. We already know they are at least temporarily distressed by the share price performance.
