Finally was able to review patent response. Thought it was pretty good and they made it clear they would request oral proceedings if necessary. I think what they portrayed and clarified which was even evident in original EPO search response I s that Intellicells method used no enzymes, has specific inventive and novel protocols that was merely postulated in other work. Additionally the intention of Intellicell is to increase SVFC via ultra sonic cavitation and that was clearly not evident in any other works cited. IMO, the EPO patent is a lock.
