#1. Apparently an investor is not an option based on past history. Probably took a look at the financials, the insider agreements and so forth and bailed!

The purchaser of the shares in this offering defaulted on its obligation to pay $3,009,000. The company ultimately did not receive $3,009,000 from the purchaser. The shares were cancelled

#2. All company has ever done is lied! Financials were promised in 2012! The company was supposed to become more transparent! And so on!(Well that is a moot point as they were never transparent in he first place!)
