People need to understand this point here....

The Registrant’s obligations under the Debenture are secured by a pledge of all of the Registrant’s assets.



I don't think HUB, Marilu or Angie are going to want to surrender their companies or control of their companies they have built up and are experiencing growth with.....why would they have gone through with the acquisitions last year?????

I fully expect to hear something from BTZO as soon as it is ready to be released.
