EPGL knows that news like this will affect the stock negatively. Guaranteed. They watch these boards as by their tweets we have seen. They know what was expected by shareholders. Understanding that there is only one thing that could have happened. Something changed between their announcement of the shares and the actual retirement date. AT&T happened.
