Also, even if a third party was contracted for production, it would still show under the revenue and expense sheet. There is no way of operating without showing revenues and expenses...

It's not magic but there are some illusionists that would like us to believe that the Company is in production but has nothing to declare!

we are not seing anything related to production in the financial statements, it's because there is no production. It is as simple as that!

What I was attempting to clarify for you was that It is NOT as simple as that!
KBLB could be producing revenue right now.
It could be producing revenue for a bit more than 6 (six) months before being required to report that revenue.

Did I misinterpret your words in the five (5) different postings that day?
Possibly, but it seemed clear to me then and still seems so today that you were stating that if KBLB had production or revenues they would be required to report it and that the fact that they had not reported it was proof that they were not in production.
And that is an error of logic and law which I tried to correct.
