Those samples were given to Dr. Morrell. He did not seek out his own samples, which begs the question as to whether they were tampered with, before they were given to him?

"The material was provided as whole boards with end tags by our cooperator..."

e-mail from Dr. Morell and also noted in his report:

and provided to OSU as nominal 2x4 lumber that was then cut to lengths appropriate for each test method

It also begs the question, who had the most to gain from the results of the experiment, pressure treated lumber people perhaps? Some of whom have acknowledged they post here.

Convenient that they were all destroyed after the experiment.

Also note that when asked in an e-mail whether the test/experiment site was secure and that the test could not be tampered with, he did not return an e-mail and broke off all conversation. Dubious, IMO.
