I don't understand the logic behind NOT filing a Form 10. He (Frank - CEO) returned stock to show good faith in the company and bring the volume down to reasonable numbers and increase demand. Why not file? I mean the company seems like it has a great concept and plenty of upside. I don't understand these things. Any idea on what the mindset is on NOT filing? Also, Ithought when he returned his 45 mil shares that the price would increase considerably, but it hasn't.
