My original point was how hard it is to prove a negative, in response to Vapobag asking for proof THERE IS NO BUDGENIUS LAB.

Anyway, how ridiculous is it that shareholders should need to do their own research and then GUESS at which guy was given 26 BILLION SHARES of their company?

26 BILLION SHARES is over FIVE TIMES the size of the TOTAL previous Authorized Shares!

That single act diluted Shareholder Equity by over 85%!

And without an explanation? Or an introduction? A resumé? Something? ANYTHING?

C'mon Burn... it just screams ~SCAM~!
