IMO, A, B, or C will happen:

* (A) SUNRISE trending positively (i.e. drug shows good efficacy, and we will know about it by fall)? CP, wook and the rest are right regarding $5+ predictions this year. Hell, it may even do $20 since partnering interest increases. The price will not go below $1.15 or so.

* (B) SUNRISE trending as expected (e.g. enrollment before year end, and maybe a look-in before year end)? You have nothing to worry about since they will not allow it to go below $1.10 or so. Maybe someone orders a bear raid below a buck, or the market goes noticeably down, but it recovers from that. Upper cap $1.50 at least until fall. No reverse split or anything like that.

* (C) SUNRISE trending negatively (e.g. bad enrollment or first look-in results)? Up to $50 million worth of shares are sold, and in the worst case, the price goes to an all-time-low of $0.30 or so and a 1:10 reverse split is ordered as quickly as possible. Can you convert each PPHMP share to 29 PPHM shares quickly before the reverse split becomes effective (the $0.855 rule)? Anyway, after the reverse split, a fresh start! A new shareholders CA is filed against the management. Imaging or Cotara is aggressively pushed, maybe one of them even partnered for a few million and Worsley is praised for that by SK. BOD stays intact, Worsley leaves shortly afterwards.
