jcny, did you ever stop to think that a good number of those that have held long positions with CMGO for 2 or more years had been buying shares all along and hit their limit as to what they could afford to invest in a specific stock. Many here are retired and live on set incomes and in some cases have invested more then they should have. Then there are those who have their moneys tied up in other investments (inclusive) which are not capable of being liquidated. Glenn has indicated he is willing to work out a very lucrative arrangement for those who do have funds they can contribute. As for Glenn's silence, I have spoken to him about the need to address the shareholders which he plans on doing, even if it's only to inform everyone that he's still hanging in there and going about finding ways to pull things together. The reality of the picture is, Glenn is as distraught as we all are over what's occurred with the sabotaging of CMGO's only revenue producer. Prior to the investigation that uncovered what was occurring at XA everything was moving along as to be expected. Glenn positioned people with supposed talent and impeccable credentials to run XA. Under Ron Burkhardt's watch these heinous crimes continued to go on unbeknownst to him and XA's clients were mysteriously moving on from the company. Of course we know where they ended up going. It was this discovery by Barbara, Glenn and Alexis that made Glenn realize he had to let Burkhardt go among various other reasons and pursue a criminal law suit against Joseph Wagner and other management personnel. Unfortunately to engage in a law suit of this level requires $$$$ and so far there is no attorney willing to work the case on a pro bono contingency even as iron clad as it is given the amount of physical evidence obtained. I'll tell all here if there were an attorney willing to go pro-bono or person capable of putting up the money to pursue this suit, they would stand a chance to acquire a good percentage of the monetary rewards appointed by the courts. Given how much is being sought after that person IMO would be in a position to make a substantial amount of money.
