Here's my perspective on the share reduction. I think The whole purpose is so that EPGL can uplist and get out of the pinks. I could see them retiring shares over a longer period to see how each reduction is reflected in the stock price. EPGL and PWC aren't going to retire more shares than necessary to uplist. They obviously have a purpose for the share reduction. Sure it benefits shareholders but there has to be some benefit for those who are giving up the shares as well.
