Yes you're right. Ole Malcolm Philips has been gone for a long while, only poteet is left from those days. In fact the doctor has been at the swine trough slopping since the very beginning. It's on the table in the photo of Dodi Handy explaining that for another 5K dollars she can get them upstairs into the lap dance room. Terrell, Coates and bumfield stare on in wonder.
