Morning all, a view from across the pond...
So the latest news is a positive, IND starting with Invigorcell…
Looks like we have two BIG names there – Dr Sandberg from the clinical side and Mr Krivulka who has been Director/CEO of more pharma companies than you can imagine, not a bad partnership: clinical skills and business skills…
The earlier news of the agreement with Hielscher Ultrasonics also points to the fact that the design is well under way (“…Hielscher developed for IntelliCell a unique ultrasonic reactor…” – past tense) and may be undergoing testing or even better, actually be in service.
Like many of you on this board, I personally believe that all of the individual snippets of information point to a much more advanced state of business development than previously seen.
If the results of an IND with Anderson/FDA are positive (and why wouldn’t they be, we know the SVFC technology works), along with details of investments via Dawson James and Dinosaur, March could be a very interesting month for us all – and that’s only 4 weeks away.
Wonder what other releases there might be before then to help support an upward move?
I don’t think uplisting is a big issue, that will happen when it happens, nor do I think an R/S is a big issue – I can’t imagine any big investor wanting to put millions into a company and suffer the drop in market capital that would inevitably happen.
Will the R/S happen at a later date, possibly but only when the company is in a stronger position. Don’t forget there was a lot of BIG buys towards the end of October/November last year and since we haven’t seen many sells of that magnitude since then, I wonder if there are some BIG investment houses holding on to shares until the move upward starts and they won’t want an R/S either.
The other unknown is the state of the O/S - my guess is that it's probably hovering around 10Bn but we don't know how much of that is locked up - a possible small float could make any upwards movement that much quicker.
The re-released report for Q3/2014 (at the beginning of January) also confirmed that Ray Hill IS still a director and has a shareholding; if we put Hill/Andrews/Sandberg/Krivulka into the same pot, we have a pretty powerful combination…
The patent update is quite interesting and sets some strong arguments forward for granting the patent.
Lots of news items which together create a compelling argument to suggest that this is gonna fly sometime soon...
