i agree.....i too, have been calling this a scam for well over a year as well.......it is plainly obvious .........

its hard for me to justify any kind of oversite......i mean, folks willingly gave them their cash....even though it is a FORM 15 filing penny stock....but my thoughts are, if a company choses to go dark....then they should no longer be able to sell shares publicly..........
