Who is misleading Who ??? WRONG AGAIN ... "for a period of twelve months after the date the Company’s stockholders approve this proposal"

Approval was given on 12/18/2014 Therefore they have the authorization to do an R/S anytime between 12/18/2014 and 12/18/2015.
