We didn't discuss anything beyond the financing timetable. I would not want to even speculate on the construction phase. I just know that as of right now, there is nothing hindering the large loan from working towards completion. He did mention that as far as the DOE, the Mississippi senators are assisting in influencing the DOE to get this done as it would help their state.

I was very impressed with the fact that I received a call back within a couple of hours of leaving a message, how down to earth and straight forward Richard was, and I felt a real sincerity in his voice. I do believe he is a high character man, which is important to me.
