Hey cheeky just trying to figure out what is going on with VTEQ the 14a says increase to 10 billion and the board can do a 1 for 1000 reverse split at any time they feel like it in 2015
So as I'm reading it they can dilute the crap out of it at any time and do a reverse split at any time and anyone that's bought .0001's-.0002's can dump them for 50%-100% gain or better while creating some interest here then walk away and leave crickets cherping here on the board and those that bought the sellers shares and dilution to sell for .0002-.0001 Is that about right? Seems to be a lot of this going on these days. Not saying it can't go higher just that no one is trying to do anything more then get out with the next guys money this season. What reason does VTEQ have to increase in PPS more then 50-100% other then the board posts saying as much, "Going higher" Great arguement that might have worked in last years penny market.
