Annual Stockholder's Meeting

Tomorrow's the day. This is OUR chance to get a lot of the questions answered. Actually, since there isn't any functional IR, it's our only chance to directly ask questions. We must take advantage of it!

What's with FBDIMM? Is there any new IP?

What's with SERDES? At the stockholders meeting in Feb 2001 (which I attended) Tate thought this would be a series business, with some thinking royalties equaling DRAM. What went wrong?

What new business does Rambus want to get into?
