The BC government would compensate NBRI IF they would prevent the co from mining its legitimate claims on the Fraser or elsewhere. If the government did something illegal like outlawing gold 3 days after issuing permits.

. Examples had been provided.
That do not in any way corrilate to NBRIs situation. If the government declares the site historical NBRI will not be compensated at all

It is about millions to tens of millions of dollars to be dumped into NBRI's account IF they won't like the conclusions of the HIA report. Period.
Providing that NBRI could prove they lost those tens of millions which they can not since they have no resource estimate that they could reference. They MIGHT get back their claim fees but I seriously doubt even that.

Compensation will take into consideration the (in-situ) VALUE of gold, platinum, palladium in the ground, plus ALL other expenses (exploration, test mining, reports, meetings, etc etc etc). Capisci?
There is no value in a resource without and estimated value. Capisci? As for the rest please look through the 10K and explain to me how much they have spent on fraser.

I will provide you more evidence soon. Busy.
If you are going to waste your time please provide a case where an HIA gave bad results causing the site to be considered historical and the government paid ANYTHING. Good luck.
