Just to clarify; Celprogen and Manzo Pharma don't own the patent, Jay Sharma and Ken Manzo do. Why is it important to make that distinction? Because MNZO has no assets. Ken Manzo could resign tomorrow and MNZO has NOTHING. Another public company could make Ken Manzo and offer and if he "walked", shareholder's losses would be 100%. Shareholders can prevent such a possibility by insisting Ken Manzo transfers his 50% ownership of the patent to Manzo Pharma.

I'm sure he hasn't already done it, so he can keep his options open. It's not as if he's invested a bunch of his hard earned money into MNZO, so he could walk away without much of a loss. The only money into MNZO is Barton's.
