Of course, it would be foolish for anybody to do anything that wasn't in their best interest, but at the same time I think this was also in the best interest for Torvec.
If you feel upset over Keith's car allowance, you must be over-the-moon paying someone a quarter of a million dollars a year and nothing to show for it. Doesn't make much "cents."
