I have faxed Interwest Transfer . They will be faxing the information back to me either tonight or tommorrow. I aked them the following questions:

How many shares of NORD are restricted?
Is this information verifiable by your company,or is it information given to you by NORD management and taken on faith?
If these restricted shares were presently being dumped on various exchanges,ie Frankfurt,Canadian and Pink Sheet exchnges,would this be verifiable by you?
At this point in time these are the most crucial questions we need definitively answered. I've got alot at stake here and I'm not going to risk it on someone's pet theories. I won't feel comfortable about my Investments in NORD or AURC until these doubts have been satisfied.
