If you haven't emailed him already, another question I have is if the wine order is for a closed loop system (in which case, there would eventually be orders for replacement pallets).

Good points on the timeframe. I thought the original AB pallets were just normal beverage pallets, so no new mold was necessary. A new mold can be a real pain....I used to work with auto suppliers and know that they had all kinds of issues with molds and getting customer approval. I assume they were a bit more complicated than pallet molds though.
