Janice, do you have anything to do with SEC regulations? You seem very knowledgable. I wrote this off in my mind about a month ago, but was intrigued by the sensible people still posting here about a chance for a recovery for the stock, not to mention your presence on the board for no explained reason. I think it was a scam for reasons that I posted earlier. Can you save us all some time and money by telling us the facts about all this? TIA
