1.252 Billion OS @ DUTV so do the math...

F/S shares on the books to come for ENTI = the 167 Million TORQ shares...

1.4 Billion from ENTI to Blue Bull
2.1 Billion from DUTV to Blue Bull

= the 3.5 Control group

Should leave about 200-230 million O/S @ Blue Bull...???

Fyi have heard $9-15 per short term...???
