Uh well since that was in October 2014 and the 2014 year ended 4 weeks ago I would think 99.9% of all folks would think it has been completed. Maybe not everyone but most would agree.



That is the hope isnt it?

99% of people can assume the report is done and it can be pumped on message boards because 2014 year ended 4 weeks ago.

2011 ended years ago and I will bet that 99% of people thought mining was going to start cause after all 2011 is over and we were told it would be producing.

What you ASSUME is called a rumor.

The HIA report is complete when someone can produce it.

NO SOONER.
