Don't let it get you down, Houndish.

I'm in the same boat. I got here in the low $1.40's, and I ain't goin' anywhere either. I'm somewhat new to investing, but not so new that I haven't been through this before on other stocks. I don't think it's that alarming, and here's why:

Yes, the price went down, but 1.7M shares changed hands, and keep in mind that for every share you see there, somebody bought it. So 1.7M shares of CYGX was purchased today, and that means that somebody still expects to make some dough off of those shares. I'm one of 'em, but I'll just have to wait a bit longer than the fellas that grabbed 'em today in the .80 range.

Since I'm shooting for the $6 - $7 range, I've got a ways to go, but I'll be here when it happens. So will you, hopefully.

Do I hope to see good news? Sure. Am I discouraged by a lack of pro-grade PR to this point? Nah. That'll either come with the advancement of the science as a valid revenue generator, or it won't. If it doesn't, it won't matter if you bought all your shares at $1.50 or $0.25 - it'll all be worthless, ha! And if it does work out, like I'm expecting it to, the difference between $0.80 and $1.40 will be something you'll laugh with the guys over on poker night.

Now, I will agree that the share price needs to be taken seriously, but I guarantee you that the CEO has more interest in seeing it rise than I do - by a couple of decimal places. But honestly, whether or not those guys actually suck at their job isn't likely to be reflected in the stock price over a couple of months - it'll show over a couple of years.

So I may be wrong, but it looks to me like it's still got room on the upside, and somebody agrees to the tune of 1.7M shares. The stop-loss scenario seems to make sense. I've been burned that way before - kept me out of some nice gravy once, so I still remember how it works, heh heh. Come to think of it, the money I did make on that one was after a dip in price, too. S'why I set the stop. See? Very tricksy. Very false, precious.

Chins up, CYGX'ers.
