Hi OW . David is on the BOD. He is a knowledgeable person in my opinion. He is a large stockholder in REDG. He is or should be aware of the problems that exist. Mr. B. and he must discuss this at the water dispenser each day if they even work in the same building. I do not think he would cut off his nose to spite his face, so to say. On the other hand, anything is possible, but I feel he is a rational man and would not go that far. What he might do and IMO could probably be doing it---is helping Mr. B. Kick some posteriors at that Chinese printing plant. All the best to you.
