"Paradigm shifts don't come around often"

I also don't complain because I understand paradigm shifts and they do not surface often.

That's right, Bio. Apple was once $10 share. Yesterday they posted their biggest profit EVER, and they're worth insane billions.

Yet millions of people left those $10 AAPL shares on the table. "Nah, that company won't go anywhere." "IBM has been tried and tested and Big Blue is the way to go."

I'm sure millions of investors b*itched about the BOD and that clown Steve Jobs and his stupid garage. He doesn't know anything. He's not like Lou Gerstner. Steve's not a pro. Wahwahwah... whine, whine, whine...

Sound familiar? Now what did those millions of investors miss?

Two words: PARADIGM. SHIFT. (or PERSONAL. COMPUTER.)

That's what's coming in oncology. A totally different approach to cancer. Look, the mortality rate from cancer HASN'T CHANGED IN 50 YEARS. We will look back at this time, 50 years from now, as BARBARIC.

Here's a future conversation: "Whaddya mean they destroyed the immune system with toxic poisons and burning radiation? Whaaaaat??!! The immune system is precisely what patients need to fight their cancer!!"

Two works: PARADIGM. SHIFT.
Now you're either convinced that Bavi, because of its cell membrane MOA is in the middle of this coming I/O space, or you're not convinced of it. The timeline really doesn't matter.

It'll come. It's coming. It's got to come. Why? Because it's COMMON SENSE. Cancer is an error at the cellular level that provokes changes that place that cell OUTSIDE THE GRASP OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM. That primary change is flipped phosphatidylserine.

Hide that flip from the immune system with Bavi + downstream inhibitors and the immune lights come back on. Once the immune system is back on its feet, it can become a charging elephant, smashing the cancer to bits, while leaving healthy cells alone.

Look, either your DD leads you to that paradigm shift story or it doesn't.

What continues to amaze me the most is that

1 - ONCOLOGISTS THEMSELVES know this shift is coming
2 - PPHM is ahead of the curve with their PIII Sunrise key upstream checkpoint Mab almost a full site load
3 - PPHM's cGMP facility Avid is doubling up capacity
4 - And yet the Board is filled to the brim with naysayers!
