Is it true DECN Representatives have Stated as Fact that they did not file Legally Required Financial Information due to a "Court tactic, intending to not give JnJ any information on their financial position that might help JnJ in any legal arguments.

However, Keith Berman stated in an SEC filing that:

"DECN could not file any financial information due to illness regarding the company's accounting firm."

There appears to be a clear conflict of information here.

The company has Not Reported Any Financial Information or Material Information Regarding the Shareholders Investment in going on two years now.

I'm just trying to get an understanding of whats going on.
