You're wrong, they do have the high-tech business (in Beijing of China). I called it a peer because both stocks have the same non-reporting OTCNI tiers, the similar SS (499M/500M v.s. 403M/450M), no any toxic PS, and registered in the same state Nevada etc.!

If you ask me: select between "active but 3B shares AS" and "inactive but 450M shares AS", I will definitely choose the later based on both the investment valuation and risk consideration!
