I think that Longg's evaluation seems pretty well spot on. As far as "building" in the second half of the year, that seems pretty realistic to me also. We need the EPC, the bonds to be sold & issued and then the site development to be completed. If that all takes place by the end of June, then construction could begin in July which is the second half. As those milestones are achieved I think we will see the sp increase. That is why I mentioned the warrants that are all due to expire June 30. They have a strike price of .06 so they will be a good indication of where we are going. codaras, I did not look until well after the mkt close but my level II indicates that you are correct about the price support today. I think all signs seem to be pointing up.GLTA
